Tasks
Tasks is the workspace to-do list for governance work — close a control gap, finish a review, follow up on an incident, and so on. A task can stand on its own, or you can link it to a use case, model, vendor, policy, or framework control so it stays connected to the thing it helps you complete.
Open it from the left sidebar: Tasks.
What you see
At the top, chips show Total, Open, In Progress, Overdue, and Completed.
On the left:
| View | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Task list | Table of tasks (title, priority, status, due date, assignees). |
| Deadline view | Same tasks grouped as Overdue, Due today, Upcoming, and No due date. |
Search by title. Filter by status, priority, and assignee. Admin and Editor see New task.
Create or edit a task
New task (or click a row) opens a form:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Title | Required. |
| Description | Optional detail. |
| Status | Open, In progress, or Completed. |
| Priority | Low, Medium, or High. |
| Due date | Optional. Overdue dates show in red. |
| Assignees | Optional people in the workspace. |
| Links | Optional. Tie the task to a use case, model, vendor, policy, or framework control. You can also link EU AI Act items when that use case has the Act attached. |
Links are optional. A task does not have to be tied to a framework requirement.
When you edit an existing task, an Activity tab shows who changed it and when.
Who can do what
- Admin and Editor can create, edit, and delete tasks.
