Reporting Hub
The Reporting Hub is where you generate PDF or DOCX reports for the workspace and download files you created earlier.
Open Risk & Assurance → Reporting Hub in the sidebar.
What you see
Chips at the top: Programs (framework programs) and Projects (AI use cases).
You need at least one program for an organizational report, and at least one use case for an AI project report. If you have no program yet, the wizard tells you to set one up under Frameworks.
On the left:
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Organizational reports | Files tied to a framework program. |
| AI project reports | Files tied to a use case. |
Generate a report
Generate report opens a wizard. You always get a combined file with the chapters you choose — not a one-click single-page export.
Typical steps:
- Report type — Organizational (workspace, based on one framework program) or AI project (one use case).
- Workspace — only if you belong to more than one; picking one may switch the workspace you are in.
- Framework program (organizational only) — the program that drives the compliance chapter.
- Linked frameworks (organizational only, when the program has more than one regulation — for example ISO 27001 and NIST AI RMF) — choose which to include. Keep at least one selected.
- AI project (project report only) — pick the use case.
- Details — report name, PDF or DOCX.
- Sections — turn chapters on or off. Keep at least one on.
Organizational chapters (as labelled in the app): Framework compliance, AI projects summary, Vendors, Incidents, Policies, Model inventory.
AI project chapters: Overview, Risks, Evidence, Approvals, Linked models.
When generation finishes, the file often opens in a new tab. The history tables then refresh.
History
Each row shows title, program or project, type, format, created date, and Open (download).
If a table is empty, use Generate report.
