Policy Center
Policy Center is where you keep AI governance policies: draft them, publish versions, and start from templates.
Open Governance → Policy Center in the sidebar.
What you see
Chips at the top: Policies, Draft, Under review, Approved, Published, and Templates.
On the left:
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Organizational policies | Your workspace policies — search, filter, add, publish, archive, delete. |
| Policy templates | Ready-made templates. Use one to create a new workspace policy. |
Organizational policies
Click a status card to filter, or clear the filter to see all.
Statuses: Draft, Under review, Approved, Published, Archived, Deprecated.
The table shows title, status, tags, team, next review, last updated, and a ⋯ menu.
| Action | Who |
|---|---|
| View / Edit | Everyone — opens the side panel |
| Publish | Admin, Editor (hidden if already published) |
| Archive | Admin, Editor |
| Delete | Admin only |
Add policy is for Admin and Editor. If your plan does not allow more records, you are asked to upgrade.
In the panel you can edit the title, rich text, next review date, status, team members, and tags.
- Save keeps the draft.
- Publish (from the row menu) creates a frozen version and sets status to Published. The draft must not be empty.
Policy templates
Search the catalogue, then Use a template. The panel opens with title, tags, and body filled in. Save in organizational policies creates a workspace policy.
Who can do what
| Action | Admin | Editor | Reviewer | Auditor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| View and open a policy | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Add policy, publish, archive | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Delete | Yes | No | No | No |
Reviewer and Auditor can still open templates in the UI; your organisation should decide whether they may create policies that way.
