Model registry

The Model registry is your inventory of AI models — name, provider, version, status, and links to use cases and framework programs.

Open Inventory → Model registry in the sidebar.

What you see

Chips at the top: Total, Approved, Restricted, Pending, Blocked.

On the left:

AreaPurpose
ModelsThe model table — add, edit, or delete.
Model risksRisks logged against a model.
Evidence hubFiles attached to a model.

Search with Search models… Admin and Editor see Add new model. If your plan does not allow new records, you are asked to upgrade.

Models

Table columns: Provider, Model, Version, Status, Approver, Status date, Use cases, and a ⋯ menu.

  • Edit opens the same form as create.
  • Delete model asks you to confirm. This cannot be undone.

There is no card/grid view here — only this table.

Add or edit a model

Typical fields:

  • Provider, model name, version (required)
  • Status (Pending, Approved, Restricted, Blocked), approver, status date
  • Reference link, hosting provider
  • Biases, limitations
  • Capabilities (for example text generation)
  • Used in projects — which AI use cases use this model
  • Used in framework programs — which org program (ISO, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, and so on) this model maps to
  • Optional security assessment file (PDF, Office, or image, up to 20 MB)

Create model / Update model saves the record.

There is also a shorter Add Model page (name, version, provider, type, status, description). After it saves, the model detail opens. Use Edit from the table if you need to link use cases or programs.

Model risks

A separate table of risks for models: name, model, category, level, status, owner, next review.

Add model risk (Admin / Editor): name, category, level, status, owner, next review, associated model (or none), description, impact, and mitigation plan.

Evidence hub

Upload proof files for a model (test reports, certifications, and similar). Search, then Upload evidence (Admin / Editor).

This hub lists evidence for the first model in the registry. To attach files to a different model, open that model’s detail or use Edit and the security-assessment upload there.

Model detail

Open a model from Frameworks → Linked models, or after creating one from Add Model.

You can:

  • See name, version, provider, type, and status
  • Edit Model (Admin / Editor)
  • Delete (Admin only)
  • Change status if you are Admin (for example Approve, Mark restricted, Block)
  • Review model risks on that page

The back link on detail currently returns to Frameworks → Linked models, not the main registry table.
